What you will do
- Own and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources and verticals.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on performance to hit revenue and ROI targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media buyers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Build and manage relationships with partners, networks, and sales representatives.
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and campaign structures to ensure scalability.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing high-spend campaigns profitably.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of data and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and prioritize operations.
Nice to have
- Affiliate marketing experience.
- Experience with multiple traffic sources such as Meta, Native, or Display.
- Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
- Experience working with BI tools, tracking systems, or custom dashboards.
- Basic understanding of creative and funnel optimization.
