What you will do

• Own and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple traffic sources and verticals.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on performance to hit revenue and ROI targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media buyers to foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, networks, and sales representatives.
• Improve internal processes, workflows, and campaign structures to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing high-spend campaigns profitably.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of data and performance metrics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and prioritize operations.

Nice to have

• Affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience with multiple traffic sources such as Meta, Native, or Display.
• Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
• Experience working with BI tools, tracking systems, or custom dashboards.
• Basic understanding of creative and funnel optimization.
