What you will do

• Coordinate broadcast crew and staff scheduling with the studio operations team.
• Create and distribute show day schedules, call sheets, and production reports.
• Manage day-of-show operations, directing PA teams and ensuring workplace safety and law compliance.
• Handle external broadcast vendors from onboarding to final payment, managing contracts and POs.
• Liaise between broadcast and technical departments to triage issues and flag production needs.
• Vet road show venues and serve as the primary operational contact from pre-production through on-site execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in television production, preferably in a live environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Experience managing large crews and tracking payroll.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and maintain goal alignment across teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Santa Monica, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of Autocad and budget management software such as Moviemagic or Showbiz.
• Experience working in live sports.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for gaming and esports.
