What you will do

• Drive growth of the video creator community through partnerships, challenges, and events.
• Design activations to celebrate and reward contributors globally.
• Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for regional community managers.
• Run structured feedback loops to understand creator needs and surface insights to Product and Marketing teams.
• Track community health metrics like churn and upload frequency to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to make video a visible vertical on Pexels.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or growing online and in-person creator communities.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to build systems from the ground up.
• Genuine interest in video content and the creator community.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform strategy.
• Collaborative communication style for working with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
