What you will do

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Manage content plans, publishing calendars, and launch special campaigns and contests.
• Source, brief, and coordinate UGC creators to produce authentic content.
• Independently handle video editing for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and create basic graphic assets.
• Analyze content performance metrics and collaborate with paid media teams for growth optimization.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Practical video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tool proficiency (Figma, Canva).
• Experience with UGC creators and a strong understanding of communication funnels.
• English: B1+ and Russian: C1 required.
• Must be based in Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, iGaming, or mobile apps.
• Experience working with international audiences (LatAm, Asia, AME).
• Knowledge of Facebook and TikTok Ads ecosystems.
