What you will do

• Lead technical decisions for platform and product development.
• Build and scale features for the AI and frontend platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
• Resolve complex technical obstacles affecting system performance and user experience.
• Implement and manage robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for platform health.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting best practices for platform development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining scalable, high-load systems.
• Strong expertise in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies including Node.js and Go.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and event-based architecture.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lithuania (Vilnius/Kaunas).
