What you will do

• Provide technical leadership within cross-functional product teams.
• Develop high-quality frontend features using JavaScript, React, and Redux.
• Estimate development effort and help define the overall development strategy.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and improve internal working practices.
• Collaborate with account directors and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• At least four years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), jQuery, React, and Redux.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and GIT.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, UK

• Experience in the automotive industry.
