What you will do
- Support and lead EDI and system-related projects, defining business requirements and functional specifications with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and optimize EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers, translating business needs into B2B integration solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements across supply chain management processes to increase automation and accuracy.
- Represent the business in supply chain projects connected to EDI and the SCM roadmap.
- Evaluate, test, and implement system and process changes while communicating updates to stakeholders and end users.
- Document processes, provide training, and deliver first-line operational support for EDI-related questions and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or Communication Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with EDI interfaces, supply chain integration, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of messaging standards such as EDIFACT, RosettaNet, and AS2.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; SAP certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
