What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware configuration, software, applications, and network problems.
- Route complex incidents and service requests to the appropriate specialized service teams or third-party suppliers.
- Track service requests to ensure that SLAs are met and resolution is achieved promptly.
- Contribute to the development of operating procedures for effective remote support.
- Handle all customer-related activities within the Service Management framework.
- Work on shifts according to business requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to address customers individually and deliver technical service according to business requirements.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Must be based in Malta.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
