What you will do

• Own the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software, technology, and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide legally compliant and business-oriented guidance.
• Manage corporate governance, including board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings for global subsidiaries.
• Support strategic corporate initiatives such as group restructurings and international entity management.
• Maintain and improve legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and contract management systems.
• Utilize AI and legal tech tools to automate and streamline day-to-day legal operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and 3–5 years of post-graduation legal experience.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
• Ability to translate complex legalese into actionable business guidance.
• Strong risk assessment skills and experience in fast-moving environments.
