What you will do

• Lead the architecture and construction of a scalable HR data platform on AWS.
• Develop and operate AI-driven people analytics use cases to drive measurable business impact.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in data engineering and building cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and expert-level SQL.
• Proven experience in delivering ML/AI use cases and impact-focused analyses.
• English: C1 proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Location: Ability to work from hirify.global offices in Switzerland or from a home office.
