What you will do

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage partner onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for new prospective partners.
  • Monitor and triage affiliate support inquiries via email and chat to ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate monthly affiliate payments by verifying data for finance processing.
  • Handle administrative tasks including AML support, compliance follow-up, and account management.
  • Provide operational input on the integration of automation and AI tools within the department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, affiliate management, or customer support within the iGaming industry.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
