What you will do

• Manage incident processes and utilize monitoring tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
• Debug business-impacting issues within complex application systems.
• Implement continuous delivery practices to evolve and support high-quality software.
• Leverage logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and root cause identification.
• Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and practices.
• Mentor less experienced peers and advocate for technical excellence.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required
• Must be based in Ecuador
• Experience with Java or .NET and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong debugging and triaging skills for effective code troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational databases and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
• Willingness to participate in a 24x7 rotation-based team.
