What you will do

• Recruit, train, and coach a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against company standards.
• Design and execute territory-level sales and marketing strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Develop strong local networks to deliver and exceed sales targets while upholding brand values.
• Manage DSR inventory and resolve audit recommendations in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrable sales experience in microfinance, insurance, telecommunications, mobile money, or FMCG within Ghana.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and leading field-based sales teams.
• Ability to design and execute territory-level strategies that translate into consistent results.
