What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features across the fullstack platform.
• Contribute directly to the codebase while guiding and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Maintain high standards in code quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ship value quickly and reliably.
• Champion best practices in development, DevOps, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of leadership experience as a fullstack or backend engineer.
• Hands-on ability to set technical direction while contributing to the codebase.
• Experience owning complex systems end-to-end and building scalable products.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and clarity.
• Comfort working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City (5 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, React, Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
