What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end, real-time, and event-driven ML systems to enable context-aware player experiences.
• Develop scalable ML platform capabilities, tools, and APIs that empower game teams to adopt ML.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize production ML systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Champion modern MLOps practices through mentorship, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Science, LiveOps, and Analytics teams to translate business goals into ML solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Machine Learning with a strong track record of taking systems into production.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models at large scale in high-traffic, low-latency environments.
• Strong software and data engineering skills to build and maintain robust end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Helsinki, Finland.
