Location: Must be based in Juba, South Sudan. This is a national contract; candidates must have the legal right to work in South Sudan as no visa sponsorship is provided.

What you will do
- Coordinate and manage education project implementation, including activities, budget, and documentation.
- Provide technical direction to the Education Response program team to ensure results are achieved within scope and budget.
- Build strong partnerships and liaise with local authorities, consortium members, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee staff capacity building, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Design and manage systems for tracking project results in coordination with the MEAL Manager.
- Represent the project in emergency coordination meetings, education clusters, and donor engagement forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent; advanced degree in Social Sciences preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in insecure, complex, and volatile environments.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of INEE minimum standards and humanitarian principles.
- Proven experience in managing large projects and multi-year program budgets.
- Must have the legal right to work in South Sudan; no visa or work permit sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Juba Arabic.
- Experience in youth, adolescence, peacebuilding, or disability inclusion programming.
