What you will do

• Deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code with thorough testing, debugging, and optimization for scalability.
• Drive improvements to service latency, fault tolerance, and resilience in high-load environments.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Apply clean code principles and reduce technical debt through iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend software development experience with Golang.
• Experience with high-load, concurrency, and multithreading backend systems.
• Proven experience in microservice development and system design.
• Solid experience with ORM, DBMS, and database architecture.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools, including virtualization, containerization, and monitoring.
• English level B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial or market-based software development.
• Experience with distributed systems.
