What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a growing organization of Project Managers and System Engineers.
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of customer projects regarding scope, quality, cost, and timeline.
• Establish and evolve project governance, delivery models, and ways of working.
• Drive proactive risk management, integration planning, and deployment readiness.
• Act as a senior escalation point for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the mobile ATM capability area.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading project delivery organizations or engineering-driven teams.
• Proven success in delivering complex systems combining software, hardware, and external suppliers.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Ability to pass a security vetting process (citizenship obligations may apply).
• Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
