Technical Delivery Manager (Embedded & IoT)

Technical Delivery Manager (Embedded & IoT): Ensure smooth project execution from pre-sales to final delivery for mobile, IoT, and hardware-related products with an accent on managing large cross-functional teams, balancing technical and delivery constraints, and maintaining high-level customer relationships. Focus on Agile delivery governance, risk/issue and incident coordination, and delivery quality through test strategy, planning, and reporting.

Location: Bratislava (Hybrid; at least 3 days/week in the office)

Salary: 2600 EUR gross (starting; final depends on experience)

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources; create and monitor project plans with test strategy, test planning, and test design to ensure delivery quality.
• Lead client engagement by building and maintaining trust-based relationships to deliver and grow accounts.
• Manage budgets and financials (gross margin, rate cards, forecasting) and prepare invoicing details.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks/blockers, develop contingency plans, and coordinate corrective actions including incident management support.
• Build and operate project-dedicated development teams, coordinating ramp-up, onboarding, and resource allocation for up to 75 FTE across engineering, QA, and product.
• Support pre-sales by contributing to delivery proposals aligned with client needs and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Delivery / Project Management, ideally in IT outsourcing.
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams or projects of 25–75 FTE.
• In-depth practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban (SAFe).
• Strong business acumen: financial literacy (GM, budget forecasting) and familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA).
• Ability to oversee Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.
• English: Advanced spoken and written English; Slovak: B2+ required; Fully remote is NOT possible—at least 3 days/week in the Bratislava office is required.
