What you will do

• Develop long-term utility strategies to support high-density AI/GPU data centers across new and existing regions.
• Lead technical and commercial engagements with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and transmission owners from site diligence through energization.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of on-site power generation, including electrical topology, protection, and controls.
• Manage interconnection agreements, tariffs, and load forecasts to ensure project schedules and capacity needs are met.
• Partner with development, construction, and finance teams to optimize energy costs and sustainability objectives.
• Monitor energy regulations and grid constraints to mitigate risks and ensure project constructability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in power markets, utility engineering, or large-scale energy projects.
• Foundational understanding of transmission and distribution systems, interconnection processes, and utility planning.
• Experience interpreting utility tariffs and analyzing power costs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical utility issues into business trade-offs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Energy Policy, Finance, or Energy Systems.
• Experience with high-density AI/GPU or HPC data center power profiles.
• Familiarity with renewable energy integration, microgrids, and energy storage.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
