What you will do

• Build and manage client-specific ID card rules in Zelis to ensure configurations remain accurate.
• Review and release ID card files and perform pre-release audits to confirm member accuracy.
• Investigate ID card discrepancies and drive resolution with Benefit Eligibility, Data Operations, and Product Engineering.
• Track ID card projects through the internal review lifecycle to prevent delivery delays.
• Develop sample cards for prospective clients to support the sales pipeline.
• Review network guidelines and update card configurations to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina
• 1+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement.
• 1+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zelis or similar ID card/benefits platforms.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
