What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of gender and child protection activities across program units and provinces.
• Provide technical assistance and build networks with Government Ministries (MoRA, MoPSE), CSOs, and other stakeholders.
• Design and implement Gender and Child Protection work plans, including reports, modules, and communication products.
• Ensure full compliance of all program systems and procedures with hirify.global and DFAT’s safeguarding policies.
• Develop and deliver capacity-building training and mentoring for staff, partners, and focal points.
• Collaborate with the MERL team to collect and analyze disaggregated data to track program outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in social sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Relevant experience mainstreaming gender and child protection activities in schools or similar institutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Indonesian education sector and associated policies.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations in Indonesia on a regular basis.
• Experience working with DFAT or other international development agencies.
