What you will do

• Establish and drive usability engineering as a core capability across the organization.
• Plan and conduct formative and summative usability evaluations for software and hardware.
• Translate user behavior into actionable insights and clear product recommendations.
• Partner with UX designers, Product Managers, and R&D to validate concepts and prototypes.
• Act as a usability quality gate to reduce UX defects and late-stage rework.
• Explore emerging topics including AI-supported usability testing and agent-based experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in Usability Engineering, Human Factors, Psychology, or UX Research.
• Demonstrated experience in usability testing and evaluation methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from user behavior.
• Fluent command of English is required.
• Ability to work independently in complex product environments.
• Must be able to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in life science, medical, or B2B environments.
• Certifications such as CPUX.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
