TL;DR
Implementations Specialist (SaaS): Designing and maintaining technical workflows and integrations for customers using a custom DSL with an accent on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Focus on project managing custom implementations, troubleshooting API integrations, and developing proof-of-concepts.
Location: Ideally based in Stockholm, but open to candidates located anywhere within the Nordics

What you will do
- Design and maintain technical workflows using a custom DSL for new and existing customers.
- Take full project management ownership of custom implementations from initiation to completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical issues to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams to develop tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Provide feedback to Product Managers to influence the future product roadmap based on customer needs.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant Higher Vocational Education (YH).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, and Web services.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to navigate effectively between technical and business-oriented discussions.
- Must be located in Stockholm or within the Nordic region.
Nice to have
- Experience with programming or scripting languages.
- Experience with AI technologies or integrations.
- Previous hands-on experience in a technical role working with web technologies.
