What you will do

• Drive user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns, and affiliate collaborations.
• Manage strategic marketing partnerships and optimize spend accountability and channel experimentation.
• Execute integrated campaigns from initial strategy and briefing to performance measurement.
• Implement paid and organic experimentation across creatives, ASO, and landing pages to improve ROI.
• Own retention marketing strategies and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness to provide data-driven recommendations for growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Fintech, BtoC mobile, or Web3.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in crypto, blockchain, and technology.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
• Ability to work independently with an execution-oriented and scrappy mindset.

Nice to have

• University degree relating to Marketing.
• Familiarity with community management and event management.
