What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to implement talent strategies including succession planning and performance management.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and proactively lead initiatives to solve strategic people-related issues.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders while providing objective, actionable feedback.
- Ensure HR programs and policies are executed on-time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to balance short-term needs with long-term organizational goals.
- Mitigate organizational and legal risks through proactive policy advocacy and employee relations management.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HRBP role.
- Proven ability to support large business units independently up to executive levels.
- Strong expertise in performance management, organizational development, talent development, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated fluency in data concepts, including hypothesis-driven approaches and data manipulation using tools like pivot tables.
- Ability to consult business leaders on complex people and organizational matters.
- Must be based in Jakarta for on-site work.
