What you will do
- Lead project progress for console development, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating talented individuals across various studios.
- Plan, prioritize, and track all console-related tasks and features across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the Release Manager on timelines and requirements for console releases.
- Manage entrusted development areas, ensuring all tasks remain on track.
- Prepare documentation and proposals for Third Party Partners.
- Administer JIRA and Confluence according to project standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Producer in a game development studio.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of shipping complex projects.
- Experience working with Console Development and understanding of Third Party Partner requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- English: level required for daily team communication.
- Location: Willingness to work onsite in Prague.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience mentoring junior producers or coordinators.
- Experience with game engines (Enfusion is a plus).
- Passion for military, simulation, or sandbox games and console gaming.
