Junior Creative Designer

Location: On-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

hirify.global is recruiting with a partner operating as an independent local Tanzanian team supported by a global network.

What you will do

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, promotional materials, and digital advertisements.
• Create and adapt visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Develop graphics, banners, posters, and other marketing collateral according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Content Writers, Social Media Specialists, CRM teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support basic video editing, motion graphics, animation, brainstorming, and concept development.
• Organize creative files and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media content requirements, and multiple design formats.
