SMT Process Engineer (Security Systems)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the SMT line, including Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
• Minimize line downtime through rapid and pinpoint technical interventions during malfunctions.
• Carry out line balancing and placement speed optimization projects to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Plan and implement periodic and predictive maintenance for machinery and report to senior management.
• Analyze placement defects (misalignment, tombstoning, etc.) and optimize AOI/SPI data to generate root cause solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SMT production processes.
• Advanced proficiency in the installation, programming, and maintenance of Yamaha YSM20R machines.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
• Effective use of SMT programming and optimization software.
• Proficiency in English to follow technical literature and documentation.
