UX Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

UX Designer (SaaS): Designing intuitive and scalable user experiences for a Unified IT Operations Platform with an accent on user research, wireframing, and UI consistency. Focus on translating complex technical requirements into user-friendly SaaS dashboards and admin panels.

Location: Hybrid | Bandung, Indonesia (at least 2 days per week in the office). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Analyze UX problems and conduct research to improve usability based on user needs and insights.
• Design reusable user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs and actively contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Map user journeys to business goals using UX metrics and product data.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers through workshops, critiques, and design reviews.
• Provide guidance to junior designers and manage multiple design initiatives with strong ownership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end UX design experience for web or mobile apps with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and validation tools like Maze or Lookback.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, information architecture, and scalable UI components.
• Experience with data-informed design using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Pendo.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or web-based business tools.
• Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints and component-based development.
