What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex desktop and mobile products in a cross-functional environment.
• Solve meaningful user problems and improve outcomes using insight-led design approaches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan and conduct validation activities, including user testing, to inform design iterations.
• Define and measure UX success metrics aligned with product and business goals.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication and sharing of insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product design with a strong portfolio of user-centered work.
• Proven ability to manage the full design process from problem definition to delivery and measurement.
• Experience with journey mapping, prototyping, analytics, and design systems.
• Strong visual design skills for responsive web and iOS experiences.
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
