What you will do
- Collaborate on the design, development, and unit testing of new features.
- Design data structures and apply design patterns for complex business logic.
- Ensure production reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews for production issues.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and capacity planning.
- Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs and maintain disaster recovery guides.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with strong Java skills.
- Proficiency with SpringBoot and Ktor (Kotlin).
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, MQ) and Redis caching.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and Java concurrency.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei.
Nice to have
- Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Web3, or trading.
