What you will do

• Develop slot game concepts, mechanics, and bonus features from initial idea to final release.
• Prepare and maintain detailed Game Design Documentation (GDD).
• Collaborate with art, development, and math teams to balance RTP and volatility.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to implement engaging and distinctive game features.
• Provide clear tasks and feedback to cross-functional teams, including art direction.
• Analyze game performance and player behavior to iterate on design and UX.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Designer specifically within the slot games vertical.
• Deep understanding of slot mechanics such as Free Spins, Hold & Win, and Respins.
• Russian language is a must.
• Experience creating high-quality GDD and providing art feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating player behavior and game performance.
