What you will do

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programmes aligned with organisational strategy and values.
  • Define and deliver major initiatives including infrastructure transformations, cloud hosting, and platform modernisation.
  • Drive programme execution with a strong focus on scope, timelines, budget, and value delivery.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Security.
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Establish strong governance, planning, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and control.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programme or project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
  • Experience with infrastructure transformation, cloud, or platform migration.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brussels, Belgium.

  • Programme or project management certification.
