Programme Director – Strategic Technology (Cloud and Infrastructure): Leading enterprise-wide technology programmes across business units and geographies with an accent on infrastructure transformation, cloud and hosting, and platform migration. Focus on defining large-scale initiatives, managing scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and aligning senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Security.
Location: Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium — on-site
Contract type: Contract, outside IR35

Financial services organisation undertaking large-scale strategic technology and transformation programmes.
What you will do
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programmes across multiple business units and geographies.
- Define and deliver infrastructure and platform transformations, including data centre consolidation and exits.
- Lead cloud and hosting transformation, platform migration, rehosting, and modernisation initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and value delivery.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Establish governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder alignment frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of programme or project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
- Experience with infrastructure transformation, cloud, platform migration, or similar initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Security.
- Programme or project management certification is advantageous.
