What you will do

• Manage onboarding and ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
• Oversee the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with Team Leads and Project Managers.
• Conduct offboarding processes for employees, including remote staff.
• Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture via 1:1 meetings and team health checks.
• Support leadership in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts.
• Participate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR BP, or People Partner.
• Solid background in IT or tech companies (must-have).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Higher education degree.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
