What you will do
- Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards and process documentation across various teams.
- Monitor process compliance and track the effectiveness of implemented operational changes.
- Coordinate collaboration between different departments and key stakeholders.
- Lead internal automation and operational optimization initiatives.
- Prepare operational metrics and reports for leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in business process mapping and operational improvement.
- Proficiency in process visualization and project management tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- English level B1+ required for documentation and internal communication.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of BPMN or other process management methodologies.
- Experience implementing CRM, ERP, or other corporate systems.
- Experience with BI tools and data analytics.
- Background in digital transformation or operational scaling projects.
