What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards and process documentation across various teams.

• Lead internal automation and operational optimization initiatives.
• Prepare operational metrics and reports for leadership to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in business process mapping and operational improvement.
• Proficiency in process visualization and project management tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English level B1+ required for documentation and internal communication.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN or other process management methodologies.
• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, or other corporate systems.
