What you will do

  • Search for and attract new payment providers based on business needs and GEO coverage.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, optimize fees, and manage long-term PSP partnerships.
  • Coordinate the full onboarding cycle from initial analysis to production launch.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Technical teams to ensure stable and scalable integrations.
  • Analyze payment market trends to identify new business opportunities and alternative solutions.
  • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base and documentation for payment systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Payment/PSP Management or Business Development within payments.
  • Mandatory experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other high-risk industries.
  • Deep understanding of PSP ecosystems, acquiring, payment processing flows, and routing.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms including fees, rolling reserves, and limits.
  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
  • English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international partners.
