What you will do

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Case Management and PSS teams to ensure quality interventions.
• Oversee CP projects, monitoring budget versus actuals and tracking indicator tools for grant management.
• Manage data entry into CommCare and CPIMS+ systems and compile weekly/monthly reports.
• Mentor and build technical capacity for local partner organizations to ensure compliance with CP standards.
• Represent the organization in CP and Case Management Working Groups and maintain relationships with government actors.
• Coordinate referral pathways and collaborations with other humanitarian actors to avoid duplication of services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Al Dhale, Yemen
• Technical diploma or degree in social work, human rights, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in child protection, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
• Proficiency in Arabic and mandatory written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership skills, analytical ability, and experience working in cross-cultural settings.
