What you will do

• Deliver technical demonstrations, trainings, workshops, and hands-on support to customers.
• Develop innovative finished goods and recipes by tracking global and local trends.
• Support business development and marketing by promoting focus products and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing on new product development and product launches.
• Manage the Innovation Center environment and build professional networks with customers.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive pastry recipe databank.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in the food, bakery, or patisserie sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in people management and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Mobility required for regular travel within Kenya.
• Ability to work effectively within an international organization.
