What you will do

• Identify and implement new business opportunities at large account customers' production lines.
• Provide high-end technical expertise, troubleshooting, and cost-reduction solutions for key accounts.
• Develop tailor-made products in collaboration with R&D and translate global guidelines to the local market.
• Conduct training sessions, seminars, and technical presentations for customers.
• Maintain the Innovation Center and design standardized baking tests.
• Manage project documentation and report customer activities via CRM tools.

Requirements

• Industrial Bakery experience is required.
• Degree in Food Science or Chemistry (advantage).
• English: Advanced or fluent level is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge of ingredients, additives, food chemistry, and related legislation.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel internationally (typically twice per year to Belgium or Germany).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Albanian and/or Macedonian.
