What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for all reference-related queries, including platform access and locating references.
- Perform quality checks on reference requests received from creative agencies or originators.
- Screen and validate references against source documents and edit abbreviated references per style guidelines.
- Conduct cleanup activities in the Veeva Vault library to remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect references.
- Validate reference metadata (title, author, date, source) for completeness and correctness.
- Manage internal databases to ensure high-quality reference data and accurate indexing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of project management and/or operational experience.
- Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple high-volume projects simultaneously.
