What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for all reference-related queries, including platform access and locating references.
• Perform quality checks on reference requests received from creative agencies or originators.
• Screen and validate references against source documents and edit abbreviated references per style guidelines.
• Conduct cleanup activities in the Veeva Vault library to remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect references.
• Validate reference metadata (title, author, date, source) for completeness and correctness.
• Manage internal databases to ensure high-quality reference data and accurate indexing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of project management and/or operational experience.
• Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple high-volume projects simultaneously.
