What you will do

• Lead the delivery of production-grade systems, designing reference architectures and custom AI applications.
• Guide strategic customers through the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of transformational big data and AI projects.
• Own architectural decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Databricks best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide implementation feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Embed with customer teams and stakeholders to deeply understand challenges and deliver measurable technical impact.
• Create reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale impact across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and knowledge of its runtime internals.
• Working knowledge of MLOps, AI APIs, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Must be able to travel to customers 20% of the time.
• Databricks Certification.
