TL;DR

Senior Producer, Originals (Media): Overseeing the development and delivery of digital video content for CNBC franchises across Asia and the Middle East with an accent on editorial quality and production management. Focus on shaping story ideas, reviewing scripts and edits, and leading a regional production team to ensure high-standard output.

Location: Onsite in Singapore (20 Pasir Panjang Road)

What you will do

  • Oversee the day-to-day production of original video content for franchises such as CNBC Explains and Founder Effect.
  • Manage a team of producers and a camera operator/editor based in Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
  • Develop timely, relevant story ideas with strong audience appeal in collaboration with producers.
  • Review, fact-check, and refine scripts and edits to ensure factual accuracy and editorial impact.
  • Coordinate production planning and workflow management across teams in London, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
  • Collaborate with digital and television teams to align editorial rollout and programming.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in video production, specifically within business, news, or factual formats.
  • Strong background in producing mid-form and long-form digital video for streaming and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to improve scripts and edits to a high editorial standard with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or equivalent editing tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Five or more years of experience in a related production role.
