What you will do

• Translate key art into various resizes and versions required by the digital media buy with pixel-perfection.
• Ensure continuous delivery of final files within agreed timeframes and to high standards.
• Act as a gatekeeper of brand guidelines and design templates.
• Build clean creative files to support the development of working frameworks.
• Stay current on digital best practices across various platforms.
• Create detailed template guides to communicate system workings clearly.

Requirements

• Experience as a production designer or designer in an advertising agency, print, or design studio.
• Proven experience with high-volume design output.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of motion design using Premiere and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Figma or Sketch.
• Experience building and editing Keynote and PowerPoint decks.
