What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Member Portal and Services team, supervising system modifications and maintenance.
• Guide technical solution design and ensure code quality for Node/React-based platforms.
• Direct, motivate, and mentor engineers, conducting performance reviews and promoting professional growth.
• Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Coach team members on implementing AI-assisted development practices using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Oversee team-level project details and participate in a weekly on-call rotation for escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• 5+ years of experience with IT concepts, application development, and enterprise system maintenance.
• 1+ year of experience leading teams and providing technical mentorship.
• Technical background in JavaScript, Node, and React.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to Chattanooga, TN for the final interview stage.
