Salary: $161.5K – $210K + Equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle from pre-sign diligence through the first 100 days.
- Translate deal theses into integration plans with clear milestones, risks, and decision points.
- Coordinate function owners across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and GTM.
- Build repeatable diligence and integration playbooks to scale the acquisition process.
- Partner with deal teams to assess integration readiness and flag operational risks.
- Track integration progress and retention for executive stakeholder reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on M&A integration leadership.
- Analytical training combined with operating experience (e.g., banking/consulting to corporate development).
- Experience with talent- and product-driven acquisitions.
- Strong operating judgment and ability to move between strategy and execution.
- Executive presence and ability to drive outcomes through influence.
- Must be based in New York City (On-site).
Nice to have
- Cross-border deal experience including employment, equity, and entity questions.
- Technical fluency to evaluate engineering and product organizations.
- Experience building integration playbooks and templates from scratch.
- Background in startup or hyper-growth environments.
