What you will do

• Design and architect robust data pipelines to cleanse, normalize, and transform raw data.
• Manage end-to-end data lifecycle processes to ensure data remains fresh and impactful.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate project objectives into technical data requirements.
• Perform data mining and analysis to uncover quality issues and derive initial insights.
• Scrutinize data solutions to ensure alignment with both business and technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Lima, Peru.
• Expertise in data mining, data storage, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience with data pipeline tools such as Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Dataproc.
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, DB2, and MongoDB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud modernization and data modeling.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Familiarity with social coding and IDEs like GitHub and Visual Studio.
