Student Assistant (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Manage the quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) process, including survey distribution and analysis.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist the Data Engineering team with tasks related to the Common Data Platform (Databricks).
• Collaborate across functions to provide analytical support and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Social Data Science, Sociology, or a related field.
• At least two years of studies remaining in your current program.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer feedback analysis or quantitative research methods.
• Prior experience in data manipulation and analysis.
