Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month net

What you will do

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to reduce deploy times and implement safe rollbacks.
• Improve monitoring and observability by building SLA-oriented dashboards and reducing alert noise.
• Harden backup and disaster-recovery strategies with automated verification.
• Scale infrastructure and optimize costs across bare-metal providers and regions.
• Drive the containerization strategy for Windows-based services.
• Manage incident response, MS SQL Server operations, and networking/security layers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, IIS/Kestrel, and the .NET stack.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps pipelines, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Experience with MS SQL Server administration and Docker/Docker Compose on Linux.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, TLS, NAT, iptables).
• Native-level Russian and English B1+ proficiency required.
• Must provide reliable overlap with US business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Proxmox, KVM, or container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Background with bare-metal hosting (OVHcloud, Leaseweb, Hetzner).
• Experience migrating Windows workloads to containers.
• Terraform or Pulumi for Infrastructure as Code.
