What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve project governance standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate resource planning and manage dependencies across departments to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards and provide regular insights to leadership.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to project workflows and delivery standards.
• Coach project managers and teams on governance, risk management, and delivery discipline.

Requirements

• Higher education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, operations, or delivery management.
• Proven background in the iGaming sector.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk management, and change control.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Russian language proficiency.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master).
• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
• Experience managing freelancers and third-party vendors.
